We planted the seeds that we exchanged with our partner countries and shared this special experience with the children. We talked about the seeds, observed them carefully, and learned more about where they come from and how they grow. The children were excited to discover the similarities and differences between these seeds and the ones we usually find in Greece.
Then, we created flower pots using recycled materials. Each child decorated their pot in their own unique and creative way. After that, we filled the pots with soil, chose our seeds, planted them carefully, and watered them with great enthusiasm.
It was a wonderful hands-on activity that combined creativity, environmental awareness, and learning about nature and different cultures.
